I don't have a post about my mom catching the yeast out of the air. (I was referring to my first post in which I describe her insane cooking abilities). BUT....I should write about that. I'll get to it soon. She's amazing!

Allright- thanks again. I'll keep watchin' Forkable!Carlihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00413942388666236616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1784576064024288443.post-3239749532801205312009-07-21T09:53:54.899-05:002009-07-21T09:53:54.899-05:00GENIUS! I have sour cherry trees right outside my kitchen door- there's nothin' better than sour cherries cold out of the refrigerator with a bit of sugar on a hot Tennessee afternoon! (Of course, we make lots of cobbler too)!
Sounds like you love food as much as me...not gonna let any lack of ingredients stop you!! This reminds me of my mom, who can do ANYTHING with food (I swear she could make a cherry cobbler without cherries). She has even caught her own yeast out of the air to make bread! Anyways, you may like my blog- specifically the first post (from back on June 15)which talks about this exact thing. Check it out- it's www.velveetaaintfood.blogspot.com

Thanks for your blog!Carlihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00413942388666236616noreply@blogger.com
