Are you super busy? I am. I work full time, and although I may not be the most popular girl in Chicago, I still have a full social life. I find it hard to juggle the responsibilities I have to do, like attend my job and keep the house clean, with the things I want to do like hang out and cook awesome meals for myself and my friends. With so many things vying for my time, I've figured out different ways of prioritizing my schedule so I can balance the have-to's vs. the want-to's. I don't always succeed, but I usually have a pretty good time.
Whether it's preparing intimate meals on work nights or planning large parties for the weekends, being prepared and planning ahead always help relieve the stress and add to the fun! I want to use Forkable to help those who wish to eat slow food on a fast paced schedule. Just because you're busy with everything else, shouldn't mean you can't come home and sit down to a meal which is totally forkable!
